Triple Z Innovation · A Founder-Led Initiative

Cultivating Life

We bridge ground-level reality with forward-thinking corporate resource solutions for justice-impacted citizens.

"If what you believe is not costly, you are left to guess its value. When I associate with anything to do with justice-impacted citizens, I know it is going to cost me, and I know it is valuable."

Meet the Founder

From Solitary Confinement to Corporate Leadership

Antwain Hollis is the visionary founder of Triple Z Innovation, a forward-thinking platform bridging ground-level reality with corporate resource solutions. Antwain's journey is a powerful testament to the resilience of the human mind. After spending years in street life and navigating the deep adversities of the justice system, his ultimate turning point occurred during a period of intense isolation in solitary confinement. Rather than letting the environment break him, Antwain used that time to self-educate, reprogram his mindset, and reframe his entire approach to leadership.

Today, Antwain has successfully transitioned from the streets to the corporate world, dedicating his life to achieving what society often deems impossible: total, systemic change for justice-impacted citizens. As Triple Z Innovation scales its operations and prepares for expansion into Mississippi, Texas, and beyond, Antwain remains fully invested in putting "skin in the game" to build sustainable resource pipelines, combat housing vulnerabilities, and create fluid paths to independence for those ready to redefine their own road.

Skin in the Game — Our Operating Standard

Put Skin in the Game With Us

We don't believe in superficial fixes. True transformation is expensive — and worth every cost. We are looking for corporate allies, housing networks, and reentry providers to co-create resource pipelines that turn ground-level reality into generational independence.

To the Triple Z Innovation team: the work of ending homelessness is measured one stable door at a time. We recognize in Cultivating Life a partner that treats housing vulnerability not as a charity case, but as an infrastructure problem deserving corporate-grade solutions. Triple Z Innovation's commitment to pairing ground-level outreach with sustainable housing pipelines mirrors the housing-first principles our coalition advances across West Virginia. We look forward to aligning our regional networks with a team that puts real skin in the game.

Transformation begins on the inside — literally. The InsideOut Program has witnessed what happens when justice-impacted citizens are given the tools to rebuild from within: mindset first, resources second, independence always. Antwain Hollis walked that exact road, and Cultivating Life now formalizes it into a scalable pipeline. We proudly stand in alignment with a founder-led initiative that proves the men and women inside our facilities are not finished stories — they are leaders awaiting their next chapter.

The recidivism loop is not broken by programs alone — it is broken by pathways. Employment, housing, mentorship, and belief must arrive together, or none of them holds. Cultivating Life approaches that truth the way we do: systemically, and with the lived experience of its founder at the center. We are aligned with Triple Z Innovation's mission to convert justice-impacted citizens into justice-impacted leaders, and we champion pipelines that make the improbable — total systemic change — an operating plan rather than a slogan.

Every road worth traveling is defined by the traveler, not the map. Roadtrip Nation exists to help people define their own roads through hard conversations and honest exposure to what is possible. Antwain Hollis's journey — from solitary confinement to the corporate boardroom — is precisely the kind of self-defined road we celebrate. We align with Cultivating Life in its insistence that justice-impacted citizens are not handed a route; they are handed the keys, the fuel, and the mentorship to build their own.

Reconnection is the first step to reentry. For over a decade we have helped our unhoused neighbors rebuild the family bonds that homelessness quietly severs — one recorded message at a time. Triple Z Innovation's Cultivating Life initiative carries that same conviction into the corporate arena: no resource pipeline is sustainable if the human being at its center is disconnected. We recognize a kindred mission in a team that measures success in restored relationships as much as in deployed capital.

Leadership is a discipline taught early — or repaired late. At Salute 1st Global Academy, we mentor young leaders into service-first character before the streets or the system can recruit them. Cultivating Life speaks our language: prevention through mentorship, and restoration through ownership. We stand with Antwain Hollis and Triple Z Innovation in building academies of the mind — in the classroom, in the facility, and in the boardroom — so that the next generation never has to choose between survival and significance.

The narrative of justice-impacted citizens has too long been written by people who never lived it. Victory Living Magazine and the InsideOut platform exist to hand the pen back — publishing the voices, victories, and visions of those the system counted out. Cultivating Life is the corporate engine behind that same editorial mission: authentic testimony, backed by real capital and real pipelines. We are proud to amplify a founder who does not tell our story for us — he is one of us, and he is building the road forward.

Houston is one of the largest reentry landscapes in the nation — and one of the most ready for corporate-grade solutions. K.E.Y.S. of Houston has spent years on the ground connecting justice-impacted citizens to housing, employment, and second-chance opportunity, and we recognize in Cultivating Life the regional partner this work deserves. As Triple Z Innovation extends its resource pipelines into Texas, we stand aligned in building a Houston footprint where transformation is funded, measured, and held accountable — skin in the game, on Texas soil.

Executive Search: Co-Founder & Partner

Triple Z Innovation is actively scouting a visionary, corporate-minded Co-Founder to help lead our next phase of regional growth. As we prepare to scale our values-based reentry resource pipelines, combat housing vulnerabilities, and expand our corporate footprint into Mississippi, Texas, and beyond, we are explicitly looking for qualified women to align with our vision and goals. We are seeking a dedicated partner — specifically a female leader with deep expertise in social enterprise, corporate operations, grant acquisition, or compliance — to stand alongside our founder, Antwain Hollis.

We believe that true reform demands skin in the game. If you possess a corporate mindset, a passion for disrupting systemic cycles, and the executive drive to help build a national model for justice-impacted citizens, we want to connect with you. Lived experience or a deep background in social advocacy is highly valued.
